The terms that apply when you use Furlesshouse and, once enabled, place an order.
About these terms
These terms apply to this website and purchases from Furlesshouse. Full legal entity, trading address and registration details must be added before orders are accepted. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
Products and availability
We take reasonable care with descriptions and images, but screens display colours differently and handmade or textile products may show minor variation. Product availability can change. Adding an item to the bag does not reserve stock.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be shown before payment. An order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept the order. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, delivery or legal reasons and will refund amounts collected for a cancelled order.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Safe use
Follow product instructions and supervise pets where appropriate. Test fabric-care products on an inconspicuous area. Stop using damaged products or any item that causes discomfort. Product descriptions do not provide veterinary advice.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it excessively or misuse its content. Website copy, branding and original design are protected and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
Liability and governing law
We do not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use. Governing-law and court provisions must be finalized with the business’s legal place of establishment before launch.
